Protected double-layer PVC pipes have a wide range of applications. They are designed for mechanical protection of all types of power and data cables.
Application:
double wall and corrugated shape of the outer layer of the pipe provide high mechanical resistance to compression;
the low weight of the pipes allows them to be laid in a trench and work can be carried out without the use of lifting and transport vehicles;
Material:
resistant to aggressive environment;
possibility of application in the chemical industry;
can be used to protect water pipes;
halogen-free material
ecologically pure.
Mounting:
the pipe can be laid directly into the trench, there is no need to pour a sand cushion;
it is possible to lay in concrete;
the coupling allows sealing the connection of protective pipes in accordance with IP 40 (sand, dust);
additional use of sealing rings provides protection against water penetration in accordance with IP 67;
spacers are used to fix the pipes together;
wide temperature range of use;
it is recommended to lay several spare pipes for the convenience of servicing future routes.
Broach:
the smooth inner surface of the pipes makes it easy to pull the cable and eliminates damage to the cable during installation (compared to concrete pipes);
wire pull facilitates cable entry into the pipe.
External diameter 90 mm
per pack 50 m
